As Development Manager for St. Bourke, Jackson manages various development programs, prepares project budgets and feasibilities, and contributes to the creation of various development deliverables including project visions, concept layouts, and master plans. He works closely with St. Bourke’s President and VP – Development to manage the robust St. Bourke development process, which emphasizes mitigating risk and maximizing project profitability. Prior to joining the St. Bourke team 2021, Jackson held various development management roles for both private and public homebuilders where he was responsible for creating & maintaining project budgets, overseeing community development schedules, and managing field development teams.
Education: University of Georgia College of Environment and Design – Bachelor of Landscape Architecture.
